Norman is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Gen II Fund Services, LLC is the largest U.S. based independent private equity fund administrator. Norman has over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in the private equity administration business. Norman served as Managing Director/Co-President of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company, which was acquired by Citigroup in 2007. Additionally, Norman was a co-founder of DMLT, Inc., the developer of the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal that was acquired by eFront. Norman is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration, accounting, and taxation.

Prior to BISYS, Norman co-founded DML, the global leader in private equity fund administration and served as an auditor and tax manager at the international accounting firm, Laventhol & Horwath. Norman is on the Board of Trustees for JBFCS and the Dr. Robert C. and Tina Sohn Foundation. Norman is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. Norman holds a BBA in accounting from George Washington University.
