Norman is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Gen II Fund Services, LLC is the largest U.S. based independent private equity fund administrator. Norman has over 25 years of experience in the private equity administration business. Norman served as Managing Director/Co-President of BISYS Private Equity Fund Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The BISYS Group, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company, which was acquired by Citigroup in 2007. Additionally, Norman was a co-founder of DMLT, Inc., the developer of the leading private equity LP Reporting Portal that was acquired by eFront. Norman is a recognized authority in the field of private equity fund administration, accounting, and taxation.

Prior to BISYS, Norman co-founded DML, the global leader in private equity fund administration and served as an auditor and tax manager at the international accounting firm, Laventhol & Horwath. Norman is on the Board of Trustees for JBFCS and the Dr. Robert C. and Tina Sohn Foundation. Norman is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. Norman holds a BBA in accounting from George Washington University.
