Founded in 2009, our leadership established Gen II to create a better way to administer funds. Today, Gen II has grown to become the largest independent private equity fund administrator with the longest-tenured, most experienced team in the industry. Dean Hodcroft

Head of Europe

Dean joins Gen II from Crestbridge, where he led as CEO. Dean has an extensive background in European real estate consulting, including six years as a founding partner of Cale Street Partners. He has a 26-year tenure at EY, where he became a partner and led the UK Real Estate Tax group, along with the EMEIA Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction practice.
